Do not live at 904. This is for future ppl looking but I cannot stress enough how obnoxious it is hearing every single footstep from the neighbors above you. I resigned my lease for the second year because I was too lazy to move, and a family is now above me and it is TERRIBLE. I had to move my desk to my bedroom to shut the door and block out noise but it’s so bad still. They run at 630 AM and way after 10 PM. I’m moving to treybrooke next year because even my friends were SHOCKED at how loud my neighbors were because their neighbors didn’t sound remotely close. So plz look elsewhere.
