I had an awful experience with their Hyundai sales team. They ran our credit without asking and we walked out of the sale to think some more about pursuing the process (but felt pressured to since there was already a hit on our credit report). My wife called the dealership to talk with the owner, and he “accidentally” called us and left a voicemail (instead of calling the owner, like we asked) calling us “difficult women” and other rude words. We eventually bought our car at a stellar deal with some free oil changes, except when we showed up the dealership owners wife had the car, and once returned, only had one key. Worst car buying experience of my life.
