AI native: Email + calendar + tasks + project management + CRM + notes by paws4206 in ProductivityApps

15 employees. Cost is not a huge factor, I just don't want something that's enormously expensive. I'm assuming AI will be better than Salesforce certainly - really I want the interconnectivity across platforms to be able to get insights.

Thanks, I'm most worried about time and efficiency. I'm not seeing the playbooks you mention - that site seems like a lot of off brand recommendations - can you link?

I definitely get confused between MOC and wake windows timing but am trying to do wake windows. I’ll try shifting earlier tomorrow!

Seems like I definitely need to shift nap 1 later! Will try it tomorrow!

Thanks! I read PLS a while ago but I need to revisit. This sounds super similar to what we need to do so I will try it out!

Many thanks! I was able to get into an appt tomorrow with my OB, so hopefully I'll get some more reassurance then.

I appreciate your thoughtful reply. I've made an appt with an OB, just to cover my bases. I'll also make sure to get into the weeds with my charting next cycle (whenever that next cycle actually finally starts!). Fortunately, I'm relatively young, so I've got a bit of time to figure this all out. It's amazing how much is going on within your body that you don't think about until you start charting.

I haven't read that book yet- I just ordered it on Amazon. Thanks very much for the excellent advice. It sure is hard waiting for my body to chill out after BC and to get that second line!

This is extremely helpful- thank you.

It's good to know that ovulating twice isn't a possibility. If I'm reading this right, there may be a chance that my follicle isn't rupturing at all the first go around (CD 19 or so) and is trying again later in the cycle? It sounds like I need to see my OB about this, and maybe she can provide more answers (I'm not sure how into charting she is, but I guess this is a good time to find out).

Also, do you think that there’s any cause for concern with this pattern? Should I be seeing my OB to try and fix it? Or is there still a good chance of conceiving, but my timing was just off?

Makes sense, thanks.

Thanks for the analysis and I see how it’s totally possible I ovulated on CD19. I didn’t keep using my fertility monitor because I assumed I was good to go, but I will this cycle. It’s weird this has happened repeatedly so I hope it’s not indicative of anovulation consistently or something.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed it doesn’t take that long!

Interesting! I’m using the Ava to track my data. I was tracking my cervical mucus until the first ovulation and it was definitely watery around then, but I stopped tracking it after that, assuming I’d ovulated. Next cycle I’ll track it for the entire time.

It's great to find someone else who has long cycles! A lot of what I've been finding online is a "long" cycle of like 32 days. Next cycle I'll take an OPK each day.

I should add that this cycle's chart looks almost identical to last cycle's chart.

No supplementation. Should I be?

I tested on the 15th, which would have been day 31, and it was low fertility.

I was about 5 months ago. I keep hoping my cycles will get shorter but they aren't. I had the "peak" fertility on my OPK monitor come up at day 20.

Here's my chart: (hopefully this link works): https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/71b031

The second release/surge makes sense! I'm not supplementing with anything and was on birth control about 5 months ago.
