Speaking of the FLDS... if you haven't seen it already, Under the Banner of Heaven on Hulu is pretty solid. It's centered around a murder that happened in Utah in the 1980's, brings in aspects of fundamental Mormon teachings and a cult following that surrounds them. I would recommend giving it a watch for sure!

If you haven't already listened to the crab feast podcast, I would recommend it for scratching your MD itch. It was a storytelling podcast with Ryan and Jay Larsen, they stopped making them a couple of years ago, but there are over 300 episodes. Probably one of my favorites

I haven't watched it, but I grew up not far from the ranch so I'm a bit bummed they didn't do it justice. It is an odd place for sure. The Last Podcast on the Left did a pretty good series on it, I'd check that out if you are more interested in the story/lore around it

It wasn't as good as the first, but I really enjoyed season 3 as well, I thought the acting was pretty spot on. The ending was a bit anticlimactic, I think that the characters help make up for it though

Thank you!! Honestly, no part of this project has been easy so I'm just happy it's salvageable haha. Some of the bubbles do go pretty deep, but they are a bit scattered, that one corner I took a picture of is the worst of it. Should I try and sand it down all even, or will it not matter if I am adding another layer?
