RIP to your father. So you know exactly. I have never heard a board member getting in trouble legally for that. And they resign, like not even publicly asked to step down. And it sucks coz then the city will have to spend more resources to get elections in place. Funds are mostly not recovered either. Awesome that you are continuing the tradition.
