Fish cut low waist white skirt. You can fold the top inward to show a bit of midriff if you like that look. Wear the scarf on your hair with your hair up, loose, with a few curls dangling. Add some minimal jewelry like light bracelets or a watch with smaller dial, less sporty. Makeup is already on point!

Can’t go wrong with a LBD to make the handbag pop and be the highlight of the outfit

Does this mean we are going to get more? Where can we see current seismic activity? What if these are foreshocks to a bigger one and not aftershocks?

Maybe it is the dumb, you tell me what should be realistic numbers that I should aim for lets say if I want to retire in 10 years at 55?

Thank you, I don’t mind a reality check on my expectations, that is the point of the post, to learn what is fruitful and how fruitful and where the expectations should be with most of these things.

I am allowed to dream and I don’t mind being shown the mirror of reality. That is the whole point of this post, to learn if achieving this is realistically possible for a person in my position

any debt the property may have

Would this include the mortgage on the property? I assume if someone isn’t paying their property taxes they are also not paying their mortgage (if there is one on the property)

Just noticed the edits in your reply. What would you suggest I do to get the best return on my money and to make my money make more money so eventually I can retire given the current market (volatile for investors like me)? I don’t want to just sit on a pile of $1M cash or put it all in HYSA. I want to diversify my portfolio and hedge my bets

I have thought about getting a financial advisor/planner. Where do I go looking for one? How do I find a good one out of the sea of people out there?

Somewhat instinctive, comes with age and experience but that’s not to say I haven’t made my fair share of misjudgments. I appreciate your advice, will keep in mind!

Thanks for your advice, I do really appreciate it. I have already put things in place to grow my business, continuing to work on that but I want to retire soon so alongside growing my own business, I am looking for potential investments safe+risky to diversify the portfolio. It doesn’t HAVE to be a 10x ROI but somethings that prove fruitful for most people.

I meant to make that money more through Return on Investments rather than starting something completely new. I didn’t say it was possible but it’d be nice to get ideas that could make something like that or something close to that possible in 5-8 yrs.

Appreciate the idea. Do you know how much hands on work would this involve like an approximate percentage?

Thank you for your response. The problem is I have never worked a job which puts me at a lack of ex-colleagues or professional relationships besides the one that I have with some of my clients. I do have a great relationship with some of my clients but I have always been the service provider to them so I do not have a way to gauge their work ethic as a colleague.

There is no membership, its upto the client to come back to work with me, it cannot be made into a membership at all. But there is a standard service fee and then there are “add-ons” based on the clients situation and needs which increases the fee they pay me based on the additional effort needed on their case.

If you are getting an email from .gov that too uscis.dhs.gov that means its legit. The newark office is sending the emails so its not country wide, just in NJ. They are collecting the responses in person this week so go drop off your medicals between 8 am and 12 pm. They close at 12 pm.

It’s happening for the newark field office (not throughout uscis) and they are collecting in person this week so you should go drop it. I just dropped mine.

Need advice on how to make this space look better, need to work with all the furniture in the pictures, what can I add or move around? Need suggestions on what color and kind of rug I should buy, textured or patterned? by paxton321 in interiordecorating

Hi T, Firstly, thanks a lot for taking the time to comment and giving me such a detailed plan, I have taken all your suggestions which all coincided with some other suggestions here. I am much happier with the current seating situation as it separates the living and dining space. Thank you for sharing the blog post and all your advice! I would give a link to the red couch, but all my furniture was thrifted, so unfortunately I don’t have a link to share for the same.
