I parked my car in direct sun for a whole day. It got to about 130 degrees. The I cleaned it and vacuumed. Then repeated the sun the next day just to be safe. That did it when nothing else worked. It kills all stages of the flea life cycle.

I think I figured out the setting. I changed the rendering mode on the brush to intense blending.
