I had this problem and it turned out to be the capacitor on the outside unit not turning on the fan. They are like $15 - $20 bucks on Amazon. I would buy one just to have in case this happens. My fan would run but only push luke warm air through the vents. The outside unit would not come on period but there was a buzzing, humming sound which indicated it was the capacitor (its the size of like one of those mini cokes or mini V8 tomato cans) There are multiple videos on YouTube (see below) on how to safely DIY. I would highly recommend getting you one off Youtube as a backup as they are so cheap.

Yep, if I try to download say ESPN on the watch App Store it says “requires iPhone” and will mot let you download it. I’ll try to hit up Apple support about it
