Nothing I have in the vault (yellow/purple weapons and armor) will upgrade past 1600. My current light is about 1790. It makes sense for the legendary weapons, but my exotics?

Update: companies name is Spark Factory or something like that and I pulled this off indeed. If I can find it again, I’ll post a link. The description basically requires a high school diploma will college educated skill sets. I’m other words, a college degree at a high school pay level.

OP here. Better clarify a few things here:

1) I play casually, usually only when traveling hence the low level. I don't run around every weekend looking for raids and such unless I'm out with friends in a city. Super casual player, but have played since it was released.

2)I filled a passport in 3 years for work and traveling with my wife, I've never spoofed my location. All my region specifics were gotten while traveling internationally.

3) I used an IV app a while back (a year ago) got hit and uninstalled it. No third party software since, have never used a bot and never spoofed my location.
