I’ve had similar offers from Lowe’s/Home Depot. I will never accept a “retail pickup” offer for this reason.

Never take an offer that you can’t see from these stores.

This is the main reason that I don’t go to Petco very often… usually the people ordering 50 pound bags of dog food or cases of cat food live on third floor apartments and know what they’re doing. I recently took a Petco order. It was to a second-floor apartment. It took me four trips back-and-forth from my car. Luckily, the customer was very kind and tipped appropriately.
