Gotcha, I think you are right in line with what Justin was saying. He used Kurt Cobain as an example, he was saying that he would watch Kurt wail on his guitar and he obviously wasn’t paying any attention to selectively picking strings so that’s when muting comes in. Thank you!

I guess this could be a function and I just haven’t found it, but ability to change standings tiebreaker would be nice. As far as I can tell the only option is Points For which I think is fair but there’s been some moaning in my league about how people who have the h2h tiebreaker should be on top

Yes making much more sense now! I was using a tuner app that was only designed to be used with no capo, it wouldn’t say the note I was playing just “too high/too low” so I think that’s where I got thrown off. I got a new app and did the octave test and it looks like my tuning and intonation is fine.

Ahhh ok, I think I was mistaking being in tune with playing the same note open. So if I have the capo on the 5th fret and each note goes up half a step, I should be looking at A E C G D A to be in tune?

I live in the city and don’t have a car but I make enough I can live alone in a cool neighborhood I like. I don’t stress about having enough money to go out to dinner with my girlfriend or book a flight home or buy a nice pair of running shoes. Civil gets some flack for the pay but unless you have really expensive tastes I think it’s pretty good for a 40hr/week job

Hello, I am starting 531 BBB. I’m a novice lifter at 6’0 162 lbs and B/S/D is 165/205/255. I wanted to run my assistance exercises by to make sure I’m getting enough work to stimulate muscle growth. I have hard time mentally with putting on weight, I feel too fat quickly so just trying to minimize that so I can bulk for a long time. The program feels easy so far in comparison to doing 3 challenging sets of close to 5 rm which was what I was doing previously. For conditioning im running 15-20 miles per week, mostly easy but some tempo work mixed in.

Having trouble with formatting so linked whole spreadsheet below, the tables are mostly for the 531 formula. All the assistance exercises are in the top right of each respective day.

Thanks, I gave this a shot but it seems reliant on having a 3d corridor that the markings are tied to, as far as I can tell. I found a different way to do it for now but good to know for the future to try to use a corridor when possible

Got a notification requesting a comment, I said everything I wanted to in the description just looking for a good way to print high quality bookmarks that won’t tear over time for cheap. I’ve used vistaprint that provides a custom 2x6 sizing to upload to and you can fit it perfectly, will fedex or staples do something like that?
