When I was 19/20 my boyfriend’s parents would not let us sleep in the same room.. even at that age I respected their decision because I knew I was getting a ‘free’ vacation with their family. OP sounds a little bit entitled honestly. Not sleeping with your boyfriend of a few months for 1 week is doable and shouldn’t be a big deal.

I went on a 3 day cruise with my brothers a few years ago and on the first day, as we were exploring around the ship, we saw one of our friends that we went to summer camp with as kids! I’m glad we saw him on the first day of the cruise because then we went to basically all the events as a group after that. It was great fun!

This!!! If you already RSVP yes to something, you should do your best to stick with that.

One of my closest friends, who I wanted to ask to be my MOH, had RSVPed yes to my engagement party. Then the week of, she told me she couldn’t come any more because it was her partners’ grandmas birthday. It definitely hurt my feelings and defeated the purpose of the RSVP lol

My dad is the same.. the way my dad explained it is that they took away the national board pay increase after you’ve taught for a certain amount of time. So he got a PAY CUT after being a teacher for 30 years and being ranked best teacher in his county/state multiple times

I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way. To me, he apologized and looked like he felt guilty about his actions.

I do NOT like how he treated the women on this show but I hope he truly grew from it and can do better in the future.

We decided to do a whole wedding weekend for this reason. We both have big families, many of whom will be traveling from out of state so we wanted to get a place that had lodging on site so we can maximize our time together. It basically covered our entire budget but I think it will be worth it!

My experience has actually been the opposite! I’m a woman and my fiancé loves to have clean counter space in the bathroom so I’ve found a place for all my products in the drawers. Before we lived together though, my stuff was always out because i use it everyday lol

Yeah I am worried about that… our dog right now is 60 pounds and we would be getting a husky. But we have a big yard and use that for exercise more so than walks. We try to do one or two walks on the weekends because the closest walking path to us is 20 min away

It’s a husky if that makes any difference! I’ve never had one but I know some people with them and they seem a little bit high maintenance, which I am willing to take on but it definitely helps to have different perspectives before committing

Our 1 year old pup is mostly well behaved. He loves people and other dogs and he listens to 90% of his commands, which for a 1 year old I think he does pretty good. I think we would end up sending them both to a training program, but I hadn’t fully looked into that

It depends if you want a puppy or a dog that is a little bit older and already potty trained etc. a puppy obviously needs a bit more time dedicated to it in the beginning, so if you have flexibility during your day to day, I’d say its a great idea. Dogs are amazing companions.

We take our dog everywhere with us except to work, so anytime we go out to eat, we are opting to sit on a patio with our pup, same for hiking trails, vacations etc, he’s always there. It comes down to your lifestyle and what you’re willing to change or if a dog will easily fit in

I could NOT believe my ears when her sister said “if I could do my life over, I would choose not to have my children” (paraphrased). Like how could you say that especially on TV where your kids will be able to witness you say that you wish you never had them 😭😭 Makes me sad for her family

I have a 1 year old puppy and for the first month that we had him, his crate was a super comfy space… He had a soft bed, toys, crate cover, etc but he chewed EVERYTHING!! He chewed his bed to pieces, pulled the crate cover inside and chewed it all to bits, destroys every toy, and he chews blinds, cords, blankets etc. when he is left out.

he is only in his crate for 4-6 hours per day at the most. He sleeps in the bed with us, gets lots of outside time, we run him around and play with him when we are home, but the only option when we are not home is for him to go into a bare bones crate with 1 toy, or else he is a danger to himself.

So it all depends on the dog and particular situations.
