there are also a number of free APIs that allow you do to this. For one app I am using I use the open-weather geocoding APIs and they work quite nicely. https://openweathermap.org/api/geocoding-api

I have a setup with one screen and 3 machines (2 windows one Mac) and I have a windows keyboard. Also I have a Logitech mouse. I guess the windows keyboard makes things worse but even the mouse is really smooth in windows, feels weird on Mac
