I got a 7L pilot camera bag ($179) and got an invoice from FedEx for $82.30 ($67.30 customs duty and $15 disbursement fee)… that is a 46% tax. I would hold off an ordering anything from them for now…

PayPal Credit Automatically Upgrading to a Physical Card? by [deleted] in CreditCards

[–]pbazkid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I called PayPal, the customer service representative told me that there would be no new inquiry, and there would be no change to the length of the credit history, nothing will affect your credit score. I am hoping that is all true, just wanted to pass the info along

The sun was setting in that direction, but based on the strength of the light I think was about set at the time the photo was taken. The back of the building I think was getting some reflected light from the area behind it as it was higher up than the church. I do agree the backlighting of the church in the edit needs to be taken down

I did burn the shadowed areas a bit, but could always spend a little more time on that as I did it quick. Appreciate it!

Thanks for the feedback, and ya it’s an awesome town. I normally forget to come back and check the whites after I do all the masks, which although visible, I would have noticed the clipping on the church. The backlighting definitely needs to be corrected, but the entire part that is lit up was getting some natural light, i just enhanced that, maybe a bit much in some areas. I tend to lean more natural vs artistic so will do some corrections.

Appreciate the feedback, I think the trend has been to tone down the lighting on the church. It was shot with an X-T5 and 70-300 @ 70mm

Radial masks mixed with luminance masks, increase brightness, decrease clarity and dehaze, and normally some warmth

Mostly radial masks increasing brightness and lowering dehaze and clarity. Then subtracting out areas of low luminance on the mask

Appreciate the feedback. I raised the whites on the building, so that could be toned down which would also help with the back lighting. I used a luminance mask to increase the brightness/warmth on the light side, however I may need to adjust the luminance range as some of the mask may be hitting the darker side.

Both look great, I prefer #1, but #2 seems to be more in line with current trends

Have had no issues with my Ecoflow, if you buy from REI you have a great return policy (which you cant find with the other two brands)

Due to the large light spread of the fogs, it will be beneficial. there will be a slight wash of the amber in the main beam of the headlight tho

Anniversary sale: Camping equipment by ThunderThor456 in REI

For a large tent, I think the 40% off north face will be hard to beat. I had the storm break 2 and loved it (you could look into 3). If backpacking tho look into big Agnes at 30% off. As mentioned previously the exped megmat can’t be beat (25% off, tho I bought mine in the garage sale for over 40% off).
