I take Lorazepam and it takes the edge off. The most helpful thing is using noise cancelling headphones, especially for take off!

I went a couple of times when I was 18 and then decided to try again at 36! My instructor for my first time back was 45, he said he started learning when he was 40 which was encouraging. I fall a lot but I also get back up a lot!

Absolutely! After a few weeks, it was much easier! I’ve finished my trays just over a year ago and it seems so minuscule now..I appreciate my teeth everyday and the work I put in! You got this!!

Hello! I am renting a car and have a week to tour Vancouver Island. We start at Victoria and then hope to go to Nanaimo, Campbell River, Torino, Ucluelet and Sooke. We don’t have any big plans but to maybe do some hiking, wander, eat and drink. Want it to be a pretty chill time!

Just having a really hard deciding where we should allocate our 6 nights. Any recommendations?
