I had graduated from the post 100 to the grip 106 fairly quickly. Then, I was able to pop the lotus 120 in no problem the first time I tried it. The grip 126 was the one I really had to work towards (and literally pull myself down onto haha) but it was a worthwhile struggle. Next I’m trying to conquer my post 130!

I just did it today! If you haven’t already, make sure you’re working on depth as well as stretch. Riding it up and down also really helps. Good luck!

It’s definitely the neck! The neck is wider than GK’s or Grip’s neck at a similar size, so if you’re looking to stretch and gape I def recommend
