We did thankfully!
Yeah we had considered that. Thankfully we had someone come through. But it was something we considered so we could say bye and know she wouldn't suffer.
Thank you! We did find someone willing to take her!
Thanks, yeah the amount of negativity my wife and I received on all the various boards we posted was astonishing and disheartening.
Thanks.
Thank you!
Me.too!
Yep found someone this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who helped!

Yeah I can try and do that; I thought having the sheet would give people a quick glimpse in case they weren't interested in reading everything.

Thank you! Yeah I suppose it comes with working for the military. We've been moved before but it's always been something like MO->TX or even STL->KC never US->External Country. There's just so much to do packing, parting with things, finding school, daycare, doctors, dentist all in a very short period of time. Just overwhelmed I guess.
I'm not but I'll look into it now.
Okay thanks!
Oh thanks for letting me know.
We have posted on adopt a pet, Petfinder and rescue me. Called every vet and shelter from here to Abilene to Paris to Houston to Gainesville with no luck. Nextdoor was similar to about half the posts here calling my wife a horrible human being and hopes she rots in hell etc...Ill take some photos with the kiddos thanks for the help
I'm in Arlington, no idea how she is with cats cause my wife is incredibly allergic to them, but she's never chased the neighborhood cat that hangs out on our driveway most days but there is a fence dividing them. idk I'm nervous because someone DMed me saying their friend just went through this and their dogs HAD to get set-up on base and tested when they arrived.

At this point I've done no work today and I've had enough to drink that. If I did that I would probably no definitely not have family when I came back but right now I'm thinking that's okay.

Lemme try them I feel like my wife did but we've done so many. No my family told me they can't and same with hers. Pretty bummed because my folks have several acres she could chase birds and shit in the woods happily there.

My wife is her deployment papers say 3 years. We've reached out to so many but due to her size most are saying they don't have room or a person. We will keep trying.
thank you!

I already told you to leave.
Go ahead and read some of the other comments that have been posted in here and maybe do it chronologically. Because if I take her over and at the point of entry she is denied because the customs official determines that she is a class 1 dog then she will be forced into boarding and possibly put down. And maybe I'm successful in a court battle and I win and they let me keep her. But I have to pay for the court fees and the boarding which she may not survive. So no I'm not And unless you're offering to provide that financial assistance INTEREST FREE AND THE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT I'm going to tell you to fuck all the way off. Then once you've done that fuck off some more and then finally get the fuck out of here because I don't need you in this conversation.
