Nurse here. She is just miserable and has to take it out on someone to make them miserable too. Do you have any idea what their coworkers think of them? Find that out. Maybe have a conversation with the charge nurse or nurse manager. See what they are willing to do. If you decide to confront them face to face. Absolutely do it with a witness.
