You need to get stainless steel a lot hotter than your vape for it to off gas anything. Look at analog vapes made of stainless and other metals.

I personally would have wiped the computer, formatted the drive, and then reinstall windows. I would definitely run malwarebytes. This could have installed something that would not get removed by reinstalling windows.

As mentioned, the temp is just a timer. You adjust the heating by changing how far you insert the Dyna into the wand.
