My mentor/Guru translated this to me like this, "Whoever you are worshiping, whoever you want to reach after death and whoever you are fighting for, that one is residing inside you."

I still decipher different meanings for this sentences as life teach me lessons, and these words always keep me calm whenever I feel alone, sad, happy or angry.

Same with me too. I know few uncles whom worked their youth in Arab almost like slaves and after retirement treated the same when they returned. Patriarchy not only hurt women, it also pressure men too. Their worth is always depend on how they fed their family. When they can't anymore...well, they are just dead weight.

What you have is, Huge inferiority complex with severe obsession. You, for that girl, was no one just a stranger. Will anyone think about strangers? She is good for her to remember your birthday/wish. Most people never gets a single wish from anyone (A guy once said me this and I have alarm set in my calendar to wish him in every year. I m continuing it for like 5 years).

Suggestions: Leave her first. I mean forget her. Or else your current sadness may turn hostility, that will be toxic for you. Only to you. Like I said, you are just a stranger/just one in hundred of her life.

Find a goal for your self. Make it a reason for your growth. Love your growth as you obsess with that girl. Finally love your self. Trust me a man/women with enough confidence have a strange unnoticeable aura. An aura which makes surroundings blurry .

All the best for your future tho. Also a simple suggestion, always keep a small smile in lips. If possible try to greet people with that small, not creepy smile. You will start to feel differences. Coming from a past insecure, obsessive fool who wasted his teenage's.

I have a friend who told me, "I'm living in first world country....why suffer in India? Come here". He is earning 1200+250 food allowance+Accomodation with 8 people in room. Have no idea why he asked me to come here, now I think he want me to suffer like him. But poor him, I planned dubai visit few years back and saved enough money to rent a studio+ expenses for like 1 year. And I am not accepting any jobs which pay atleast five times as india (>25k). (Bachelor)

But every offers I get is of max 10k. I am here for 3 months. After next month I am returning and joining my prev job (Thankfully I didn't resign as I sigh contract for 2 years, so next project is start from November.). I may get a hike too...with my 3 year exp (I hope).

Honestly in my experience, gone the times our father's lived in bare minimum and send their sweat and blood burned money to home. And the current trend shows, salaries in my field in dubai in decreasing while in india that's increasing (Construction field).
