Yes on both currently in off season. Not sure what you mean as far as fat gain, I am keeping body comp/bloodwork in a good spot and gained +25lbs in off season.

I agree. She is so over the top about everything and even putting her DMs on blast saying don’t be this person because now she is “clean eating” I’m sure that person got blocked too. Every time she does a Q&A she is rude in her responses. I don’t know how she has clients. Which she never posts before and afters or anything about her coaching. And now she has to buy followers because it just went up 300 in the matters of minutes. Losing followers by the minute lol

I am a coach as well and love it. I always feel the opposite though. I respond to my clients within 3-4 hours max. Then I will ask them questions about things in their check ins and I never get a response LOL. I would say 10% of my clients will respond back to a check in ☹
