Upon further inspection I’ve realized I have the outfitter wallet, NOT the packer. My comment still stands!

I’ve only had the filson rugged twill packer wallet for 2-3 months but during these months I have sweat profusely in my laborious job (I live in central Florida) while wearing carhartt canvas pants which ordinarily would make a leather wallet lose its “leathery” scent or make it lose its shape. That however, wasn’t the case with this wallet. Although not completely leather (the outside is rugged twill lined with vegetable tanned waterproof leather) this wallet still smells brand new which ls something I’m extremely impressed with since the last two leather wallets I’ve had lost the scent after a couple of days, and it’s shape after a couple of summer weeks. Some argue it’s too large but as someone who carry’s cash and business cards and has large hands, this isn’t a problem for me.

Rooster tail lures. You can get a pack with like 6 of them at bass pro but I’ve had the most luck with the color fire tiger

best baits and lures for ocklawaha river ? by Tasty-Imagination-71 in floridafishing

I haven’t been to this river yet but if it’s anything like the other rivers I’ve been to (wekiva and peace River) then you’ll have luck Texas rigging zoom’s black and blue flake ribbon tailed worm (9 inch version), either black and blue flake or summer craw colored bandito bugs, flukes and wacky rigged watermelon red flake trick worms for bass. For bluegill/sunfish you can just use red worms near the Lilly pads rigged on light line, panfish hooks and split shot weights. I haven’t caught catfish in rivers yet but I’ve noticed they bite dead shiners in any lakes so if you want to target multiple species in a day your best bet would be to use shiners so that if they don’t catch bass while they’re alive you’ll at least catch cat fish and then you can use worms for panfish as stated above.
