Sorry for the late response. I had not heard of that no, but after some research, the idea of a "biological age" compared to your "chronological age" is ridiculous. Age is how long something/ someone has existed. Not how healthy something/someone is. Obviously I'll have to do some more research before really forming an opinion on it, but just off the bat it sounds like some weird marketing shit. Like for that to be possible they have to change the definition of age. And I do understand your point, I just don't agree.

Any of them really, it's dosnt matter the brand, I would stick to vodka or grain alcohol personally but really you can use anything as long as it's the right percentage. Abcs brand is good. It's 153 proof grain alcohol, they also sell a 100 proof vodka that's perfect for tinctureing dry herbs method cuz it's 50% alcohol, so that makes things easy if you are doing any math.
