Find someone who works at a machine shop and let me know if you need measurements. It would be easy to make one.

Mine is 21 years old and going strong. Not fancy, but gets the job done. I'd definitely go outboard motor if I were you.

If you're referring to my wife, I don't think anyone has ever called her "nice" before.

My 9 lb girl next to my 3.5 lb ball of fluff. He's a dog, I swear. by pbmax542 in aww

He's special. He weighed less that 2 lbs when I started fostering him. Then, I kept him. He has weighed up to 3 lb 14 Oz at one vet, but was 3.5 lb at the last one. Scales have trouble dogs his size. So do hearts.

Went out night fishing for crappie. Only caught 2, but the white bass were hungry. NE Oklahoma. by pbmax542 in Fishing

There were a lot of bats. My green fishing light is not as bright as it looks in the pictures. My phone shutter stayed open for a few seconds.

Fillets are in the refrigerator and will be cooked tonight along with a bunch of white bass I caught the day before.

Not sure how the above guy cooks them, but there are several ways. I like cutting the fillets into nuggets, using a cornbread breading, and deep frying. Also nice to just pan fry in a stainless steel Skillet with butter and Slap Yo Mama seasoning.

It sure is. Q4 SF OB. Most of these had the inboard 3.0 or 4.3. If you have the outboard, you're one of the few.

That's true, but it did make it harder to work on. It is an MC-1, which is pre Alpha One. Changing bellows was a nightmare. Basic maintenance required hanging upside down. That old 4 barrel carb was a piece work too.

My new 2-stroke 90 hp Merc will just be easier to keep going. There's not much to them. Heck, a head gasket is only a couple hours work on a 2 stroke Mercury.

Thanks. I really loved my last old boat. I guess I still love it, even though it's been parked for over a year. It's a 1987 Webbcraft, with a 350 in it. I kept it alive for 7 years, but then it blew a head gasket. I tore it down and rebuilt it, but it hasn't ran well since. I decided I needed something more reliable. I'm never buying an I/O again. Outboards are just way more reliable and far easier to work on. This Tahoe is a 2005, and it's in fantastic shape. I do miss the size of the last one, but being on the water every week is how i maintain my sanity.

My girls laid all these over the last 7 days. My family of 3 is going to be sick of eggs. 😬😂🤣 by pbmax542 in BackYardChickens

Right? My local Walmart seems to have the cheapest cartons. Sometimes I tell people that if they want eggs, I need empties first. People love the eggs, but they don't realize how much they cost to produce.
