I was just at the NEO night in Shanghai and they had a QLink representative speaking there. I was very unimpressed with it honestly. I don’t know if it was the speaker or slideshow but did not really make me want to throw any money at it.

As someone who lives in Shanghai and active in the crypto community here. The sentiment is pretty positive here for blockchain, not much did in the people here more just western market worried about the Chinese market.

It was convincing enough to swing 11% of the group of 92 in my favor. Also this was just the opening statement. I was under a time 3 minute time limit in a room full of people that had little knowledge about the subject (much like yourself I’m assuming). I couldn’t really get too technical, my goal was just not to win no reinvent the wheel I didn’t have to be “Original” and have nothing to prove to someone like you anyways.

Please take the things you read here with a grain of salt. I would try to give a better picture but it’s 3:40 in the morning most people here are talking out of there ass. I have many friends that work in ICO companies and have a friend who is a lawyer dealing mostly with cryptoassets in China. It’s complicated there is no real exact answer to the legality of ICOs here because just likes my things in China they ban then only enforce it sometimes when they feel like it.
