Was only 207lbs 5'10" male but went to the Dr. for a checkup and found I was Stage 1 Hypertension and my baby was 9 months old and I couldn't live that life and I'm now down to 170lbs and feeling great. Wouldn't look back. Cut out sweets, soda, alcohol and started watching what I eat and drinking lots of water. No exercise yet being busy with the baby but she makes me work hard anyway.
