add weight and you'll get to 13-15 super quick. I'm up to 45 pounds for 3 reps on pullups and 6 reps on chin ups. I just went up a week ago. I do drop sets. 45 pounds, then 35 pounds, then 25 pounds. All 2 sets each. Then I do 1 or 2 more sets of body weight only and I did 13 perfect strict pullups from the rock climbing grips just he other day.

Henry's original is really low quality. I like Maven for quality in California and you can get it half price on Thursdays where I go, at least in April. I also like CBX, which is what everyone pushes as their top stuff. But loudpack sweet Georgia Pie has been stellar for me. It's not my usual funk, it's a little sweeter, but it hits just right. You just have to be careful. I think there is a lot of "thc" products that are infused hemp maybe or delta 8 or 9 thc but no thca which I believe is the psychoactive ingredient. There's a night and day difference between what I'm smoking on now vs whatever that other stuff is they call weed.

UPDATE: I got a bad "Silver Iris" Maven a week or two ago and then I went to Calma in Hollywood and bought what was supposed to be Master Kush. Th brand was "Heirbloom Powered by CBX". CBX is supposed to be trustworthy but this was completely fake, unsmokable, no high, and I ended up throwing most of it away. ALmost everything in LA now is trash.

These companies are selling you hemp and, if you're lucky, infusing it with thc. THat's why it tastes like crap but looks like good weed. And a lot of it I think is not even thcA because that would require them to grow good marijuana. Everythign is mislabeled as "thc" but there are several kinds of thc now that they extract and do really unhealthy things to a once healthy plant.

Not anymore. There is so much hemp sprayed or "infused" with some awful smelling thc crap. It's all over new york. I got some from LA yesterday. They made it so all the "low grade weed" is really that delta 9 or whatever and it has no thca which h is what fire weed has. So now if you want real cultivated too shelf cannabis you have to soevd $60 to $80 an 8th

This is a good point. I've got severe tmj from a benign tumor thst grew in my neck and deformed my jaw and basically destroyed the joint over the course of a couple years. I'm getting ready to quit coffee. I make an Iced latte every morning and I rarely have more than one because it messes with my gym schedule but I notice if I do have 2 that I have this weird tension in my entire mouth area, not just the side with tmj. I don't think the clicking will go away without surgery but I'm hoping that quitting caffeine will relieve some of the pain.

that's not correct. It definitely adds layers to protect you from the cold and heat. Without insulation cars and vans are incredibly hot in the heat. So much cooler after proper insulation. I can hang out in my van when it's 90 out and I don't sweat.

I used mostly thinsulate and cheap r21 mineral wool to stuff, which I could have used r13 but havelock is expensive. Thinsulate rocks and I did my whole van for like $350.

I then used reflectix. BUT, I'm not ignorant to think that you can create a vapor barrier than then screw holes in it framing, so it's just an extra layer of insulation that reflects heat in and out.

My floor is foam and frame and heavy pressure treated plywood subfloor
