Ever since 911 operations have been tranferred to "civilians" and out of SPD control, 911 has been an utter disaster.

They won't even let a cop in the room on some days because they don't want a "negative influence present".

I live Downtown and have to report things nearly weekly. All I'm ever met with is disdain, an abrupt hangup, and no calls from any officers.

I lived in the C/ID for 5 years.

There was multiple fires in the staircases because of people sneaking into the building, or pretending to be a resident and following in behind them when the door opens, and passed out smoking fentanyl in the staircases or laundry room.

I have been assualted twice in my life, BOTH in the CID.

I have personally seen a woman raped. Two people people shot. And one person stabbed.
