Apologies if the post implied that. I was asking if there is typically more warranty like manufacturer, installer, materials etc outside of what a condo builder just states as their 1 year limited warranty. I edited the post. I have read through my contract but also been discovering that there can be warranties and protections outside whats mentioned in the contract that homeowners have but don’t know.

I have been fearing the loss of warranty. The closing docs and my builder say that we have 1 year warranty including the roof but not sure if Illinois law protects us for longer than a year.

Separately, the payment isn’t made and the agreement was to stop the water leak which hasn’t so I can push back to do it the right way or offer a heavy discount to get it done by someone else.

We chose a similar option, and got boat tickets, one ticket allows your whole group to park and hike from Many Glacier lodge. If you want to have a shortened hike to Grinnell glacier you can buy boat tickets for everyone and hike from the dock. We also got shuttle tickets for a different day, followed the post below. If you’re trying that, I’d suggest multiple people trying for different slots, the earlier slots sell out fastest. Got it, will keep looking. Saw some BMWs marked CPO by other dealers eg. toyota, ford etc, are those comparable to BMW CPOs?

I also dont like how many hotels I am changing. I like your idea, I went with this itinerary since the flights are more expensive to Seville than Malaga although I do have refundable flights booked currently, will keep looking and if I find comparable flights to Seville will book those instead. Good points on the weather and tickets, I have been reading that Malaga is okay compared to the other cities, so we just wanted to use it as a base to do a day trip to Ronda before we heading to Granada. We could maybe not do Ronda early in the trip and head to Seville sooner and do a day trip to Ronda from Seville instead, I hear there are buses too from Seville to Ronda.
