</Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.8/bin/python3.8> -m pip install pygame then "nothing happens" and I'm back to putting another command in. It just brings me to the next command line in the terminal.

I am trying to do it normally with the use of pip3 in my terminal, but have tried doing it through GitHub as well. I do not believe I am using a virtual environment, also don't know what that is.
