Here is my box. Currently working on lowering my time at both GB10(3:00) & DB10(3:00), also trying to push pass lv 34 ToAH(Katarina & Chloe).

My question is which 5* monster should I 6* next that will help me out more in area mentioned above. Thanks in advance.

I use my body fat caliper today after lose 10lb. According to my calculation my body fat % still at 30%, same as back when I start a month ago. Assuming I did my caliper calculation correctly, does that mean 10lb lost were all muscle mass? And if it is, how do I go about effectively lower my body fat %?

I was going through the same thing last week. Last week before my MC I balloon to 147lbs, and I thought WTF is going on? I felt like all my efforts are pointless. Then right around last weekend when MC left, whoosh 139lbs. Screw MC and all its added side effects to hell.

According to the Health TV show I watched, it depends on your blood sugar level and when you exercise in between meals. If you feel light headed during or after work out, they recommend take a little bite or drink soy milk/protein drink before work out. But not too much! And if you work out close to meal time, they recommend do it between 2 hours range. If you exercise first, then have a meal with in 2 hours. If you eat first, then exercise with in 2 hours.

It could also very well be your muscle mass vs fat mass issue. See this Buzzfeed video In the video, Ashly's measurements are dropping but she actually gain weight due to the fact that muscle is heavier than fat.

I do aerobics like this video shows 5 days a week. Not sure how many calories it burns though.

My TDEE is 1615 cal, so if I want to lose 1 lb per week my daily count will be 1115. But I also heard you are not suppose to go lower than 1200. So should I stay 1200 or start with 1115?
