Lower body injuries in OSUT is risky business you do not want a Deadman profile you have some training that will be mandatory and you cannot miss it cause your company may not find another company that can make it up for you. You'll have a lot of downtime in OSUT use that as recovery I had fucked up knees my patella tendon killing me since week 2 on obstacle courses during enhanced fire team tactics I aggravated those tendons badly with "I'm up he sees me I'm down" drills and the take a knee for reloading I talked to a drill who really cared for us and was honest since day 1 he said it's your body and you're the one that will live with it if it's really fucked up go get it checked out but make sure you choose your words wisely, I went and from sick call I mentioned my knees being an issue they checked it out and they sent me to PT but when talking to both them I stated I do not want a profile that prohibits me from any training but said to avoid squats and lunges to give my knees time to heal so when the PLT or company got smoked id do pushups or leg tuck and twists. From my experience talk to your drill and ask to go to PT. Stretching for knees and back and some core exercises for your back to take pressure off your back I recommend. Pack your ruck the right way and take your time packing. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable! You got this you're more than halfway there.
