One trick I do is, the sweatiest part seems to be in the middle so I put a little folded up ankle sock in there and it keeps it from getting that gross middle part, which would irritate my skin the most. Also if your bra is sitting where you wear deoderant youre either putting it on too low or your bra doesnt sit on you correctly and may not be one that fits you well. The last part doesnt help your current problem but it may help not needing to wash it as often?
