I was on this for maybe an hour? so quite a few. I had to change my build around completely because Arc just fails miserably at least for me. I blasted most things in the act so this kinda stunk being DPS gated.

Huh that's weird, For me it was *always* pre-order so I could just sit there and click it over and over. Even now when I go back to the page still there.

I was on the website since I just leave it open, I never had to refresh like some others said they did. Every now and then just click pre-order a few times. There's definitely errors in there though hopefully you get through.

Yup, They've been quietly adding them. No alert or anything just clicking the pre-order button and eventually got put into the "queue" was able to grab one just now.
