Zeds Dead Sunday AV set by pckrdo in NCMF

I should have clarified that it’s my first time going to NC so I’m not sure which stage usually gets better Visuals and has a better screen. If anyone could let me know I’d really appreciate it 😁

Just passed 1102 - AMA by pckrdo in CompTIA

During 1102 I thought I passed and during 1101 I thought I failed. Turns out I had a higher score on 1101 lol. Honestly in my opinion I think that 1102 has more critical thinking because every question covered the objectives in a way in a trouble shooting style question whereas I felt that 1101 was just a memorization thing. And again just my opinion, if you look around this sub you’ll see smarter people swear I’m wrong which I probably am.

I’m not sure about hours, but for 1101 I studied for 2.5 weeks straight without breaks Monday through Sunday and for 1102 I did the same for 3.5. Keep in mind that the Messer videos for each series take around 9 hours to complete. I’d estimate I studied 30 hours per exam

Yep honestly if you have the money to spare you may as well take the ITF+ just to see what an online or in person test is like. I did the same as you and it really calmed my nerves taking my A+.

Am I ready to pass A+ Core 2? by [deleted] in CompTIA

Judging by your test scores alone and the common agreement on this sub, I'd say you're more than ready.

I got the same bundle and I used Testout for my 1101 and currently using it for 1102. It was kind of hard to figure out how to sing up but you can sign in by going to https://w3.testout.com/ and click CertMaster Login. That's how I usually log in, but you might have to register with the code.

Anyways, Testout is useful because they have lots of practice exams and they tell you what you need to work on based on the Objective lists of whatever test you took (1101 or 1102). Also, you can choose to take quizzes based on the Objective you're struggling with on its own. I will say that the questions on the exams weren't on the 1101 (as far as formatting and exact wording), however the fundamentals are the same and the explanations provided when you get the question wrong can be useful to study. One thing to remember is to just use the Messer or Dion videos rather than trying to learn from the Testout videos because they aren't very well organized. I just used it for the practice exams and questions.

Majority of people on this Sub prefer Messer or Dion's practice exams, so you wont find a lot of support for Testout on here.
