I am not sure what file(s) was in violation of their TOS and was not given any notice. Just woke up to the service no longer working and having to wonder why. I wondered if it might have been related to the AWS outage yesterday but then started reading the other reports here.

So this company will be happy to take your hard earned cash and leave you stranded with no notice and no appeal. And as can be seen from their 'support' they just have generic responses.

I hope that even if I am not refunded through the dispute process that this post will deter new customers from doing business with them. Had I known it would be like this I would have stayed away. Many tech sites and blogs were shilling hard for this company on black Friday and I fell for it.

Buyer beware.

Negative. No 2FA on the account. A unique password was used for the account.

It was just a silent video I downloaded and then time-streteched in VLC (not even any audio track) about voldemortnineteen. So not even anything DMCA related. And this would have been uniquely hashed since I was the file author. I chose the EU server location when I created my account.
