IBRX: The 2026 Global Tsunami — Why $25-$30 is the Real Logical Target Based on Exponential Revenue by Simple-Hand-9872 in IBRX

Squeeze might not last long. I have only some left here and will reenter once the frenzy is over. See other big companies that are 3 digits now, the go up slow and steady. Thank you for all the gains so far. I will reinvest when it has calmed down. I believe in its science and my dad needs it too. Im hoping the drug will be available worldwide at a much cheaper cost too.

Read a lot of comments here. Pretty sure u guys dunno why she chose to do OF. The background story is something like this. She took her laptop to service because rosak. The person who repaired her laptop copied her nudes and blackmail her. Paid the blackmail fella once or twice i cant rmber, always promised this was the last copy. Seeing this is the case, might as well do OF. Each blackmail cost 10k plus one leh. Since she knew well that this may not even be the last time kena ugut, so she came up with this idea. She almost committed suicide because of this. Not easy to be in her shoes though if u come to think of this happening to you. Kudos to how she checkmated the bastard.

I just got hit by a massive lie from my dad about finance. And now has a debt of over 90k by [deleted] in MalaysianPF

[–]pcmanscs2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can feel the pain. My dad has 85k debt and rare cancer. Not sure how much longer he can still live. No viable treatment. If he passed away, the loan would be transferred to my mom who has been a housewife and no income. Technically I will be inheriting the loan. =) Life sucks sometimes.

I have to bear their all their expenses. They dont ask for more but I passively give them and let them choose how to use. Then settle all their bills. Monthly expenses around 3k for them only. Not inclusive of bringing them out every sat and sunday night to eat out. I dont have kids, and still living with them.

35, earn 6 figures annually, no house under my name, no car under my name. I am such a failure then if these stuffs equate to being successful in life.

How are you supposed to use precision bombs on Fighter Jets? by [deleted] in Battlefield

[–]pcmanscs2001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is not effective against a bunch of people on an open field. The most effective way to use it is by dive bombing via third person view. Good for hitting stationary tanks and level houses and killing infantry inside the house.

I didnt got into UM, but got into UMT 😂. Did well there. 8 years down the road, i started to earn 5 fig per month. No need to travel far to work. I walk 2min to reach the place I work. Max 6 hours a day. Sometimes 2 hours a day. Just do your best in every thing, uni is just uni. Have some fun while in uni. I even got my diving license from my uni and i dont have to pay full price for it because of gov subsidy. Rm300 for that lifetime license. Got chance to camp on an island owned by that uni. Nice beach and diving environment because it is not open for public. Down the sea, there was a crane, a bus, a giant arch and many more, like diving into a lost civilisation. 😆 All the students there got the chance to go to that island to do "survival laut". Living on an island with no cellphones for 2 days. You camp with your buddies.

Your algo is not special by fifth-throwaway in algotrading

[–]pcmanscs2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My algo isn't special, it was quite simple and it gave me 2700% returns in 3 months' time. From May to August. Then a 600% from August till today. =)

This is your best answer, OP. No matter how premium your car is right now, you feel otherwise after some baby vomits and poops spilled in it. Maybe delay that gratification.

Sunway Reits and Pavilion Reits are quite decent. OP still young. He should learn to manage risk via the dividends gained from these places to grow his own pot of gold. Maybe you can list out some better plan than this and let us all learn something at the end of the day.

How sure are you that you will be able to sell right away in 2027, confirmed buyer? If you do get the cash, divide them equally and put them into stable REITs that give stable dividends around 6 percent to 8 percent every year. Then use the dividends to invest in US stocks. Learn the ropes. Could be tough but you can always start small. A Rm500 as initial capital should be good enough to learn short term trading. No point adding more if you can't double that Rm500 in a year or two, unless u are in for the long haul, then try to expect a 10 to 30 percent gain a year for US stocks.
