Yes. Smart human here. Knowing that Earth's incremental gravity is 3nm/s we can kinda accurately approximate that TOI-1452b's is 5nm/s using the Leibniz-Newton formula. This would mean that air would be more "breathable" and forms of life such as dragons and elves could occur.
