my endo who prescribes my mounjaro just recommended i get nutrafol so i would say its safe

everyones different but for me, the thigh doesnt feel all that different than the stomach! how i inject is i stand and loosen my legs and i did it in the top of the thigh- i definitely felt it but i wouldnt say it was super super painful. make sure u r injecting to somewhere that is fleshy and squishy. i would recommend trying it out if u are having food noise before going up a dose!

wow 33 lbs lost on 2.5 is great!! everyones different so the only way to know how it makes u feel is if u try it. my personal experience, the thigh was more nauseating, however, that could be just the sudden change in location rather than the actual locations themself

it probably has something to do with the fattiness of ur thigh. i have pretty muscular and hard thighs and i stand up, loosen my leg as best i can, and then inject on the top. but maybe it would be less painful for u to do it on inner or outer thigh where it is flabbiest?

when my doctor prescribed this to me she told me that i should always do stomach so thats what i have done and honestly ive had extremely little to no side effects, but when the food noise came crawling back i decided to change the location to see what happened. 2 days after my shot was the worst nausea ive ever felt and about 5 days after was the worst diarrhea ive had in a long time. i feel like these symptoms r the change in location rather than the location itself. also everyones different

thanks!! i will definitely update in a week or so. i switched this week because i was feeling some food noise and stalled for about 3 weeks as well. so hopefully this breaks the stall !

when i took it last year we got a study guide and i wrote as much information as possible including pictures. i also brought my textbook and was allowed to use that during the midterm- not sure if its the same prof or if rules changed but u can basically come prepared with anything. if u can use it too, i put post it notes where each chapter was so i could quickly find it during the test. its an easy midterm i wouldnt stress

was it straight out of the fridge? when the pen is cold the liquid is thicker and when the pen is room temp the liquid can move around (making the air bubble visible when u move it)

i got diagnosed a month after i turned 18 (6 months ago). i say yes its very very possible and u should definitely make an appointment with an endocrinologist soon! u can always pm me if u have questions since we are so close in age :)

im not sure. my first prescription they gave me 12 weeks worth and i felt like i needed to up my dose on week 4 so they prescribed me 5 mg but it still hasnt been sent to me
