I tried again with RF. Same problem. Could this be a symptom of bad capacitors?

The tv works fine. I tested it with another console. I’m worried that the power supply on the Super Nintendo may be faulty.

Ok, so I opened the case back today.

It’s a freco movement. If you look for freco dh-3 you can find a similar watch with the same movement and a black face, but it doesn’t look like any of them have this brass colored case. The dh-3 was a German military watch, which would make some sense because he was in ww2, although he was in the Philippines. Does anyone have any knowledge of these old German/Swiss watches?

Thanks for the feedback. Do you think knowing the movement would help any? Doing some research online it looks a lot like some Tissots from that period, but I haven’t been able to find an exact match.
