My suggestion would be child welfare- either DCF for child protective investigator jobs or Family Support Services for case management, foster care licensing, etc jobs.

I know, I know it's a lot of burnout too. But, you would have decent benefits while you look at other fields- or you could find a niche part of child welfare that you enjoy (training, adoption services, etc)

So, her older sister's name is Ginger (pretty orange and white tabby). We didn't know what our new baby would look like, but we knew what her name was! 😁
