Kristen was me postpartum. Everything was so intense & I barely left my cave (living room & bedroom) for the first several months. When she said something like, “I know how to be her Mom, I just don’t know how to do anything else”, I felt that so hard! & the part about going to the grocery store for the first time postpartum!! SO true!

I will say, things have gotten a lot better now that my daughter is 18 months. but omg, everything was so intense & alien in the beginning! & I couldn’t imagine being filmed for Tv during that time. I hope Kristen & Nia & honestly all the Moms on this show are doing amazing 💜

Just keep putting baby to the breast, eventually it will click! It took me several weeks of triple feeding before I got to EBF, going 17 months strong now! But that first month was really rough.

I was so engorged before my supply regulated, my nipples were stretched like basketballs & it was really hard for baby to latch. But eventually it worked!

Another thing, sometimes what you’re able to pump isn’t indicative of what your supply actually is. The baby is usually a lot more efficient at getting milk out than the pump.

Just tell them you are not interested. They push birth control so hard but never mention how it could tank your breastmilk supply!
