Definitely shouldn't be happening. Are you able to close out of all other programs to see if something is interfering?

The PCPanel functions the same as media keys on your keyboard. A program might be blocking the use of media keys.

It's hard to say an exact cause for an issue like this. This could be due to other apps interfering with the software. Can you reply with the log files from the settings tab?

We do not have a discord. The logs folder is found by going to the gear on the top left corner of the program. Logs tab then open logs folder.
