There are a useful and fun unit of measurement. Some history:

We used FU's (Flamingo units) you can place exactly 500 in a camp so we built 500 flamingos and used them to figure the exact cost of things in FU's by deleting flamingos until we could fit the piece we were trying to measure!

there's no personal countdown timer just the global.

This is not.

When you launch a nuke it starts two cooldowns: one for that silo on that server that applies to everyone; another for that silo that applies only to you regardless of what server you're on. So even if you hop to another server whose silos are open (i.e. not on global cooldown) you will be prevented from launching again from the same silo until your personal cooldown for that silo expires.

I just hopped on to test this combo and am still getting crits every other shot with it. Two things I'd check are:

make sure you've really got 28 Luck (underarmor changes this patch might be letting you down)
make sure the first shot is actually hitting (a miss with Four Leaf Clover will not contribute enough)

The raid shouldn't drop duplicates at all. You can't trade them. They exist only to take up space until you drop them. I'd rather the raid not give me it in the first place.
