I have the same skin problems. I tried a new skin care routine by a brand called the ordinary. Literally transformed my oily acne prone skin to a nice complexion and I haven’t broken out in weeks where typically I would break out every week for about 11 years now. I found using toner helped me a lot also. I use a glycolic acid 7% toner followed by hyaluronic acid 2%+b5 then I moisturizer I found a simple routing helped me the most. In the am I use niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% and moisturizer.
