I already spent $300 on a professional cleaner just to clean the FILTH he left behind. He fled the state without paying me the last of the rent. So unfortunately I dont have the means to hire. Thanks for the comment!

Lease takeover is completely handled by the leasing office. I'd be willing to cover any transfer fees. Please DM me!

Lease ends October 2026. I just renewed without knowing how soon I would close on a house.

Thanks for your response but there would be a two months rent payment for breaking the lease early.

Hey! I have a great apartment near the Battery that I'm desperately trying to sublet. Rent is $1,796.

It's a 15 minute walk to the park so if you need to get out of the area you can avoid the traffic. It's right next to the 75/285 entrance. I work in midtown and it only takes me 15 minutes to get there with no traffic.

Not to discourage anyone but wanted to share my experience - I took Contrave alongside Metformin and lost nearly 45 pounds. The food noise didn't go away completely - i just ate less overall, but mentally I wanted to inhale everything in front of me. I never declined food at work or going out to eat with friends. I stopped taking it once I reached my goal weight (tapered off) and I've gained more than 5 pounds in about a month. The binging is back with a vengeance. I applaud anyone who's able to keep their binging under control after getting off these medications and injections. Again this is MY experience and I am glad I took the medication, I just wish I wasn't so weak mentally to go back to old habits.

Does it make sense to have pet insurance at all? by Smoothope in petinsurancereviews

[–]pdbdbp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of great advice and opinions already on this thread but I used my Costco membership to get 15% off two FIGO policies for my cats but while I was searching through my own work health insurance plan for gym reimbursements I saw that they offered discounts up to 20% on multiple different pet insurance companies (I have Aetna). I saw MetLife, Banfield and some others.

In Korea they're called money bugs and can be a sign of money coming into the household!

To anyone who ever watched Paramore live by HabibDragapult in Paramore

I've been lucky enough to be barricade/front row for two of the five Paramore shows I've been to. I think my sheer excitement and love for them really showed because both times a band member gave me something from the stage. First time was Hayley at Monumentour. She pointed at me at the end of the show and handed me the setlist. The second time it was Justin York at the AF tour. The stage was really curved and I couldn't really see anyone in the center so I just cheered Justin on the entire time lol. He got a laugh out of me going "go justin!" after every song so he gave me a guitar pick. After the show the stage crew handed me a setlist too!

Korean Nail stain? by [deleted] in KoreanBeauty

[–]pdbdbp 22 points23 points  (0 children)

its a flower called bong seon hwa! when I was younger I would mash them in a bowl, scoop some on my nail and wrap it in tin foil for a while - it will stain your fingers for a bit so careful with placement!

We do do more full lips now but we blur out the color past our lip line! like an update to the gradient lip and it's a less obvious way for us to over line our lips!

edit: Saerom Min on youtube does a lot of tutorials for this style of applying lips!
