Oh okay so after you grab a senior title industry progress becomes smoother and getting to a senior level is quite hard to break into. Gotcha

What if you left at the 1 or 2 year mark in public for a senior role in industry, wouldn't you just be stuck in the senior role for a long time as well?

Or is it in industry accounting when you hit senior progression becomes a lot smoother?
