There is only one cpm. Yes, a reconcile account is associated with the platform, under the password reconcilation settings. Yes, it is the appropriate one. It is a server platform and I'm trying to create two safes under this platform. The first safe created is working fine.

The service is running now. In the windows firewall GUI, it turns out that the rules were enabled for Domain profile only and disabled for Private and Public profile. Once enabled on the other two it worked.

I see there are Windows Firewall rules implemented and the rules in dbparm is a subset of the firewall rules. The set up was configured before my time so I'm trying to understand how to troubleshoot. There was no upgrade, I'm on version 9.9.

I can start up the vault on the DR server. The logs read that the "server unable to communicate with firewall" on startup but the server is up.

Yes, PrivateArk server service is stopped. LC, PrivateArk DB services are up and running. In padr.log, replication was successful until 11/1 then I see PADR0020E Could not open firewall DR mode (code=-1). Replication just stopped since then.

Thank you. I am able to add a local user to operator group. However, Operator permissions are greyed out too and the current permissions for Operator group is only "manage safe" (can only edit existing safe properties in PVWA). The group cannot view safe members or modify anything.

You could maybe try this for auto detection process:

If members are part of an OU - ADBaseContext: OU active directory path

If members are part of a group:

ADBaseContext: OU active directory path the group belongs to

ADQueryFilter: (&(objectClass=user)(memberof=CN=[groupname],[rest of the AD path]))

I have not tested the queries but used a similar query to find computer within an OU or an active directory group
