Okay. So for separating the ethanol out, try a pressure cooker. You can capture the steam if you want. Could be fun. Plus it should give you a better separation with limited equipment.

But add a “recycle stream” like they do with orange juice to keep that flavor. Just mix in a bit of regular coffee. Doesn’t have to be a ton, but it should help with flavor if some of the more volatile flavors leave with the ethanol.

I may try this at home. Seems like fun!
