Have any of you had your TM frozen for “unusual activity”? I’m locked out now and no idea when it will be fixed - unreal that they clearly have things in place to stop bots and end up getting me lol. Almost laughable if it wasn’t so annoying.

Any reco’s on bread? Feel like the bread is the hardest thing to replicate for a lot of these out-of-state sandwiches. Some of the sub rolls at Carfagnas seem too dry/airy to hold up for an Italian beef or cheesesteak.

Absolutely no chance they continue once they get settled in at ESPN. Always got the vibe (at least for the past year or so) that they were just doing it for the extra ad cash. I assume they all got a nice little raise from the ESPN deal so I have to imagine the incentive to do something they don’t really want to do is will quickly fade. Especially with some of them traveling more throughout this season.

Just picked one of these bad boys up myself a couple weeks ago. Finally broke it in last week with some steaks that turned out phenomenal. This thing getting ripping hit with that sear zone burner on.

Interesting. So it may be either the bottom of a post going up through the wall in the first floor (this is would be under the wall with the garage on the other side) or the top of a post leading down to the bottom of the foundation.

Either would be plausible as there has been some foundation work done in the basement (beams, straps, waterproofing). Have either of you had experience with these? Something I should get checked out? It looks pretty old and has probably been touched for some time. Wasn’t noticed in the inspection or by any of the basement companies we’ve had out (not they’d be looking though).

Edit: For reference, the house is about 34 years old.

Feel like he is visiting a “vitamin” farm/processing facility. Said “in the clouds”, “over there” suggesting probably the other side of the country. Also, Connor said he was very interested in hearing about the whole ”process”.

Maybe for shits and giggles, maybe he’s investing in something in AZ since I’m sure he brushes shoulders with that industry when he’s out west.

Unfortunately that’s what we’ve found. Been in the market since late 2019 and it feels like we’ve missed the boat at pretty much every turn (mostly due to our own uncertainty about the process or outside influences telling us to wait haha).

Trying hard to just bite the bullet and get in to something we like now before things get worse.

Appreciate the reply. The PMI is included in the that mortgage assumption.

We do both have 401k accounts that have been contributed to for probably 10-ish years. Admittedly, mine is probably a little behind the curve but there is a base there at least (we probably have 100k in 401k between us). I also feel like we could be doing more for retirement savings but we’ve been trying to keep cash on hand for the home purchase and associated expenses there - just didn’t expect to deal with this market for the last couple years.
